Computer Vision Syndrome
Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for protected, uninterrupted periods of time and the eye muscles being unable to recover from the strain due to lack of adequate sleep.
This is also called digital eye strain.
Symptoms
Symptoms of computer vision syndrome include: eye fatigue and discomfort, dry eyes, headaches, blurred vision, neck and shoulder pain, eye twitching and red eyes.

Minimise glare
Upgrade your display
Adjust your computer display settings such as brightness, Text size and contrast
Blink more often
Exercise your eyes
Take frequent breaks
Correct sitting posture

Eye focus tests
Always remember the 20-20-20 Rule . Work on a digital screen for 20 minutes, take a break for 20 seconds and look at something 20 feet away. Apply eye drops if your eyes feel too dry, itchy, or irritated and go for regular Eye Check up.
